Please note: There is a $55.00 written exam fee, $55.00 oral exam fee (if needed) for Clinical, Certified Clinical and Master Clinical Hypnotherapists. To download a printable application form please click here.

Annual dues are payable on January 1 of each year. Send cheques to the Secretary Treasurer, currently:

Certified Hypnotherapist		$80.00

Application fee for all levels is a non-refundable $25.00 charge
